Anxiety, tension and psychological pressure are a general condition that high school students live in during this period due to exams and studying, and this may affect the health of the body and expose them to various health problems, so high school students are advised to avoid stress and constant tension.


According to the APA website  , the effect of stress and nervous stress on the health of the body is:


1: Stress and constant stress affect the health of the immune system, which increases the risk of various diseases.


2: Stress and extreme stress affect the health of the heart and may cause heart attacks and narrowing of the arteries.


3: Stress and tension cause students to lose appetite and inability to eat, which affects the health of the body and causes severe anemia and severe dizziness.


4: Nervous and psychological pressure may also affect the muscles of the body and cause severe pain in the back, neck and shoulders.


5: Gastritis and digestive disorders are among the most prominent things caused by nervous pressure and tension, as many suffer from stomach pain and cannot know the reason behind it.


6: High or low pressure is one of the health problems caused by sadness, and this may cause a major health problem on the body.


7: Sadness and psychological pressure may cause diabetes, which is a chronic disease that affects the health of the body.


8: Migraines, dizziness and fainting are health problems caused by stress and anxiety.


9: Stress can be associated with respiratory symptoms, such as shortness of breath and rapid breathing, as the airway between the nose and lungs narrows. For people without respiratory diseases, this is generally not a problem because the body can manage the overtime work of breathing comfortably, but Psychological stress can exacerbate breathing problems for people with pre-existing respiratory conditions such as asthma and COPD.
