How to make samosas with minced meat

Minced meat samosas are one of the wonderful options for the blessed Eid al-Adha, as they are characterized by good taste and high nutritional value.

In the following lines, we will observe how to make samosas with minced meat :

Ingredients Samosa with minced meat

A kilo of ready-made samosa chips .

Half a kilo of finely minced meat .

A finely chopped onion.

Half a kilo of peas and carrots cut into small cubes.

Small spoon of salt.

Pinch of black pepper to taste.

How to prepare the samosa

Bring a small frying pan, put it on a medium heat, add a little oil in it and leave it to heat up well, then put the onions while continuing to stir until it wilts.

Add the minced meat to the onions, stir and leave it until it is well cooked.

Add the peas and carrots to the meat, while continuing to stir until the mixture wilts well and is cooked.

Put an amount of salt and pepper as desired, while continuing to stir, leave the mixture for a while, then turn off the fire under it.

Individual slices samosas on a wide tray, stuffed with a mixture of meat and peas.

Bring a medium-sized deep frying pan, put a large amount of vegetable oil in it on a medium heat, and leave it until it heats up well, then add the samosa pieces in it, while continuing to stir from all sides until it is cooked and browned, then remove it and place it on food paper; until the excess oil is absorbed.
