When will I notice the change in?

Like everything in life, you won't notice a change in you right away. It takes time to notice or feel changes. If you do this as you are supposed to do on a regular basis, you will gradually see some changes. Keep in mind that yoga teaches you how to control your mind, body, and emotions.
