A report published on the Express website revealed the effectiveness of coffee and caffeinated drinks in reducing the risk of cancer and many other chronic diseases, which surprise all age groups without warning, such as diabetes and kidney stones.

Experts explained that your morning cup of coffee has many health benefits, as it prevents the formation of cancer cells, especially because caffeine is the most consumed stimulant in the world, for its ability to increase alertness, reduce fatigue and improve focus, as it has been proven that caffeine has some effects on reducing the incidence of oral and throat cancer.

The report was based on a study of more than 900,000 participants, which showed that men and women who drink 4 or more cups of coffee a day, are 49% less likely to die from oral cancers, compared to those who do not drink or drink coffee occasionally.

The researchers also found that caffeine intake helps protect against breast cancer recurrence, reduce the risk of prostate cancer, and reduce the risk of  endometrial cancer.

The researchers also showed that increasing coffee intake by more than one cup per day over four years could reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

The researchers also found that those who reduced their daily consumption by more than one cup of coffee showed a 17% increase in the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, and the report attributed this to decreased insulin sensitivity, which means that the body does not use the insulin produced efficiently.

The report also confirmed that not drinking coffee at all could be linked to an increased risk of stroke, and researchers also linked caffeine consumption to the risk of kidney stones, as it was found that those who consumed more caffeine had a lower risk of developing kidney stones.

At the same time, the report warned against excessive caffeine intake because it is associated with many harmful effects on the body and can cause you to have withdrawal symptoms, and it is also linked to insomnia and depression, and there is some evidence to suggest that it can cause fertility problems in women.
