How to make a beehive with cheese and thyme


Beehive with cheese is a delicious bakery, especially with thyme. It is considered a famous food recipe in the Middle East. It is very easy to prepare and we will learn about its ingredients and how to make it in the easiest way.

 

Ingredients of the beehive with cheese and thyme 


  • Three cups of flour
  • Half a cup of vegetable oil
  • Thyme as desired
  • A tablespoon of yeast
  • one egg
  • a glass of milk
  • black pepper
  • White cheese, feta, or any kind you prefer
  • a tablespoon of sugar
  • habat al Baraka
  • paprika
  • half spoon of salt 
  • warm water


 How to prepare a beehive with cheese and thyme


  1. In the beginning we beat the eggs with milk and pepper, then add yeast, honey and warm water in a cup with stirring well, then bring a bowl and put the flour in it while gradually adding the previous mixture with kneading until you get a beehive dough and then leave it for an hour with cover until it ferments with Grease the dough with a little oil.
  2. After that, start dividing the dough into a large number of balls, often from 15 to 20 balls of equal size, then it must be rolled out with the addition of cheese and thyme and any additions you can add such as bell pepper or grated onions and others.
