The Saudi Public Prosecution, through a tweet posted on its accounts on social networking sites, clarified the penalty for anyone who publicly commits an indecent and indecent act.
The Public Prosecution noted that, in accordance with Article 358 of the Federal Penal Code, he is punishable by a fine of not less than one thousand dirhams and not more than fifty thousand dirhams, whoever publicly commits an indecent and indecent act. or one of these two penalties,
Anyone who commits an indecent act with a female or a boy under fifteen years of age shall be punished with the same penalty, and anyone who commits an indecent act with a girl or boy under fifteen years of age shall be punished with imprisonment for a period of no less than one year.
