Ingredients For Making Milk Paste


  • Flour "5 cups".
  • A tablespoon of yeast.
  • warm water.
  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder.
  • ½ cup powdered milk.
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  • Just one cup of butter.
  • a little salt;


How To Make Milk Dough


  • Mix yeast and sugar together with hot water.
  • Then add the dry ingredients, which are the flour, salt and baking powder in a deep bowl and continue mixing until all the ingredients overlap.
  • Then add butter to the mixture and continue mixing, then pour the dissolved yeast with water on top of the mixture, then add a little warm water and continue mixing. Then leave the dough for half an hour, and then continue mixing again.

  • 6 cups of white flour.
  • a little salt;
  • 3 tablespoons of soft butter.
  • 2 tablespoons of starch.

How To Prepare Milk Paste

  • Slowly add the butter and continue to stir for 20 minutes, then leave the dough to ferment.
