Hilary Duff is clearly one of Hollywood's most popular actors, and she has 'come clean' by working hard to establish a great career. She has achieved the title of'successful' in her work life after a career lasting more than two decades.
Fly, Metamorphosis, What Dreams Are Made Of, Sparks, So Yesterday, and many others are among Hilary's superhit songs. The singer has overcome many obstacles to get to where she is now.
Duff boldly displayed her toned form while posing naked for a woman's health magazine's May/June edition in her most recent photoshoot. She adorned the cover in all of her seductive splendour.
The "How I Met Your Father" star opened up about how her body image has suffered as a result of her work in the spotlight.
"I can't help but think, 'I'm on camera, and actresses are skinny,'" Duff remarked, adding that she struggled with an eating disorder when she was 17. Duff said, "It was terrifying."
However, the 34-year-old actress said she was inspired to pose naked because she now feels empowered by her body, even if she does have some treatment.
"I'm proud of my physique. I'm proud that it has given me three children "Duff explained. "With the changes my body has gone through, I've reached a point of calm. I also want people to know that a makeup artist applied glow all over my body and that I was placed in the most appealing position possible."
Duff posted the new cover with fans on Instagram and went on to talk about the "scary" moment of vulnerability.
Duff captioned the photo, "I felt powerful and beautiful and laughed a lot getting into some of these postures sans my high waisted mom jeans and big anything I normally wear."
Duff, who has three children, Luca, ten, Banks, three, and Mae, two, says parenthood has influenced her changing body image.
