  • Vinegar:1/2 large cup of white vinegar.
  • Lemon Juice:3 large tablespoons of fresh lemon juice.
  • Garlic:1/2 large tablespoon of crushed garlic.
  • Black Pepper:1 medium tablespoon of fine black pepper.
  • Cumin:1 teaspoon of fine cumin.
  • Starch:2 teaspoons of starch.
  • Flour:1 teaspoon of all-purpose white flour.


Steps for Making Ketchup:


Ingredients:


  • Tomato paste
  • Sugar
  • Vinegar
  • Lemon juice
  • Crushed garlic
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Starch
  • Flour
  • Water

Steps:


  1. Place the pot on the fire and let it heat up.
